Emma Langford, People Manager, at Lexington catches up with the Institute of Leadership and Management. She talks about some of the programmes the team have designed to develop talent across the whole business, including Lex Respect, Lex School of Talent and our new Aspiring Leadership Programme (ALP).
Emma says, “We needed to make sure that we had a really solid platform in place in terms of succession, and wanted to have our future leaders coming up through Lexington. The ALP is a great opportunity for us to develop people in their existing roles.”
