Lexington has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Best Companies to Work For 2014 by The Sunday Times, jumping up four places from 2011 to rank seven. Lexington also achieved the Best Companies’ Three Star Status – the highest possible rating – recognising the company for achieving ‘extraordinary’ levels of employee engagement.
The list was announced at a glittering ceremony at the Battersea Evolution, London, on Thursday, 27 February 2014. This is the third time that Lexington, experts in food and front of house services, has made the list.
Lexington has made an improvement year on year across all eight areas, from leadership to CSR and wellbeing activities. According to the Sunday Times Best Companies, employees say they love working for Lexington giving the organisation an overall score of 87%. In addition, the organisation was praised for its workplace culture and approach to wellbeing, leadership and training and development.
