Jane talks technology & customer service

To mark National Customer Service Week Jane Streat, Head of Client Services at Lexington Reception Services, wrote an article for Premises and Facilities Management.

Jane says, “It’s up to Facilities Management to ensure technology is used to support employees and aid the customer journey. Multi-platform access to a company’s services are vital, it means the company are catering for all their client’s needs and at the same time maintaining that human interaction – this is essential.”
