It’s the experience we create that can improve performance

In an event hosted by Lexington, last week, a panel asked how facilities can release the power of the work environment to supercharge their business and people.

Speakers agreed that facilities can support business in terms of getting the best from their team by helping people connect with their environment emotionally, as well as making sure it’s fit for purpose.

The panel consisted of Tony Phipkin, CFO, and Paul Tilley, Facilities Manager, both at media communications organisation Omnicom, Mike Wingrove, Head of Facilities at the world’s largest law firm, Dentons LLP, Kursty Groves, Workplace Consultant and Author, and Julia Edmonds, Managing Director at Lexington.

Julia Edmonds, Managing Director at Lexington, said, “For us the work environment is just as much about the customer journey as it is the physical space, everything from the way the team are greeted to the workspace itself.”

The event was attended by over 70 colleagues, clients and prospects, who got to taste Lexington’s new vegetarian Grains&Greens range and Let’s Energise shots. For more information click here to read our event write up.
