Lexington has been shortlisted for the Best Management Development Strategy, in the annual Springboard Awards for Excellence.
The Springboard Awards for Excellence celebrate and reward inspiring people, organisations and initiatives across hospitality, leisure and tourism – those that work hard to elevate the profile of the industry as an employer and attract and retain talent.
Over the last few years Lexington has introduced a number of initiatives designed to develop talent at all levels of the business. These include the launch of its Aspiring Leadership Programme (ALP) and Supervisor Development Programme, which were designed to support the development of all employees who aspire to gain management and leadership related skills.
The initiatives support managers and aspiring managers to continually grow with Lexington and develop skills so that they are able to move into a more senior position when the right role becomes available.
The winners will be announced at the Novotel London West on Thursday 24th November 2016.
