Lexington was awarded the Best Management Development Strategy Award, at the Springboard’s Award for Excellence, presented at the Novotel London West, in Hammersmith, on Thursday 24th October.
The award recognises employers who can best demonstrate an innovative and successful commitment to attracting top management talent. It also recognises Lexington’s commitment to drive initiatives that challenge and nurture potential managers.
