It reflects the commitment of our team to ensure quality and provide the best possible service to our clients and their guests.”
To become ISO 9001 compliant LRS went through in-depth audit, which included interviewing management, reviewing contracts and monitoring the way the LRS team operate. The accreditation looks at eight key areas to drive quality service:

What does gaining ISO 9001 mean?
Being certified means LRS operates using the ISO guidelines and the business will be regularly reviewed to ensure a consistent approach is maintained.
