We are proud of the impact of our Womentoring programme, designed to create impact through connection for female colleagues within Lexington.
Female mentees are matched with a colleague who mentors them. The goal is that they will feel supported and empowered to manage their own learning, sharing experiences and accessing a wider network to maximise their potential.
We are proud to partner with the Westminster City Council Supported Internship program to provide valuable training and development opportunities. Through this program, young individuals with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) can complete three distinct work rotations, each guided by a skilled job coach.
Over the past two years, we have had the pleasure of welcoming one interns into our business through this initiative.

Our new training academy has been developed in partnership with Figen Murray, a passionate advocate for improving security and protection in public spaces. The academy offers a blend of in-person and online courses designed to support both onboarding and the ongoing development of our team’s security awareness skills.
