Rachel Lindner, Director
Rachel Lindner, Director

Rachel is one of the co-founders of Lexington and is responsible for Operations and CSR activities.

She has worked in the hospitality industry for almost 30 years, with a background in running commercial hotels and restaurants.

Rachel has directed small and large teams across a broad range of front of house services for prestigious head quarter business & industry and commercial contracts.

She plays a pivotal role in the strategic development and innovation within Lexington, and spearheaded the development and launch of LRS.

Jane heads up our LRS division and works with our team to develop a unique service that truly represents our clients’ brand and culture.

Jane has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She started as a receptionist herself and worked her way up to Front of House Manager for a team of 35 looking after various services, including Reception, Switchboard, Reservations and Video Conferencing.

Jane is tireless in her dedication to delivering on expectations and developing great client relationships.

She says, “Good customer service is not enough anymore it needs to be exceptional and reception staff have just minutes to impress guests.”

Roberto Castella, Operations Manager

Roberto joined Lexington in 2014, as Head of Reception, and within a year he was awarded ‘LRS Person of the Year’ and was promoted to Operations Manager, working with clients and their reception teams to deliver change and improvements in all areas of reception services.

Through his previous role as Reception Manager at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, where he managed and supervised a team of 25 people team, he knows how to achieve exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, Roberto understands what 5* service looks like and the real impact it has on the wider business and customers’ perceptions.

Danielle joined Lexington in October 2019. She is responsible for defining our people culture, developing future talent and setting people strategy. But most importantly, she looks after the Lexy Community.

Danielle joined Lexington with a wealth of generalist HR experience across a variety of sectors, within a range of organisations, including Arriva, Office Concierge, The Prince’s Trust and retail group, Dune.

Danielle is a huge foodie and she is super-excited to be working with like-minded people who share her passion for food and people!  

Johan Joubert, Business Development Manager
Johan Joubert, Business Development Manager

Johan was promoted to Business Development Manager for LRS, in June 2017, after working as Operations Manager for one of the Lexington and Elior City Business clients, where he managed 115 people across seven sites.

Johan provides support through the sales and tender process, contractual agreements, mobilisations and any new service requirements. He works with the wider LRS team to drive innovation, improve customer experience and ensure the front of house team stay current in today’s competitive market.

He started working front of house in some of the very best 5* hotels to drive excellent customer service – these include One Aldwych and Brown’s Hotel, in Mayfair. Since then he has worked with a range of organisations operating in different sectors, including the legal and finance sector.

He has over 10 years working in a front of house environment, in both commercial and corporate environments, and prides himself in helping teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional service.

Johan understands the importance of exceptional service in a high profile reception environment and the real impact it has on the wider business and customers’ perceptions.

Nino joined Lexington in 2017 – as Project Manager she was responsible for mobilising a huge number of sites, which involved supporting people through the TUPE process and helping them to understand the Lexington brand and values. In November 2018, Nino became Support Manager for Lexington Reception Services (LRS).

Nino makes sure there is complete front of house cover across all LRS sites. From emergency cover to planned project work, Nino manages the LRS support team to ensure our clients have access to people with the right skills at the right time. She also helps train the LRS support teamto ensure they live the Lexington values  and are able to slot into the relevant team and role when required. 

Prior to joining Lexington Nino worked within Operations for UberEATS, where she was responsible for both  implementing the concept and quality control.

Mariella Bano, Support Team Manager
Mariella Bano, Support Team Manager

Mariella started her professional career working as a tour guide in resorts all around the world, which gave her the opportunity to travel and get a real insight into different cultures.

In 2008, Mariella moved to Barcelona where she lived for several years working in 5 Star hotels taking care of all client needs. In 2015, she moved to London where she worked as Guest Service Associate at Marriott Grand Residences Club where she was quickly promoted to manage a team of people based around London.

Mariella moved into corporate reception service in 2017, supporting the operations across major sites, and in 2019 she joined Lexington Reception Services. Mariella is responsible for making sure there is complete front of house cover across all LRS sites.

Mariella says, “I absolutely love this industry because things change every day and the nature of the work means you get the opportunity to see how different businesses operate. You also get to meet different people and build meaningful relationships with them, working together to create a positive impact.”

Michele Couri, Operations Manager

Michele started working as a receptionist in 2010, within a multi-tenanted building. She quickly worked her way up into leadership roles, from Senior Receptionist to Reception Manager, and in 2016 she moved into Head Office working as Accounts and Operations Manager.

Michele has partnered with some of London’s most exclusive clients to enhance their reception services and is now responsible for working with clients and their reception teams to deliver change and improvements in all areas of reception services.

Having started her career working as a receptionist and managing diverse teams, Michele understands what it takes to motivate teams to exceed client’s and customer’s expectations. Michele has a real passion for providing exceptional service and helping others to do the same.

She loves making a difference to people’s lives through her work, with clients but also her team. She says, “I love developing my teams and guiding individuals through their professional journey.”
