Our Brands

Social Impact

The Lexington team creates value in their local communities by spending time volunteering and engaging with local groups, sharing skills and experience to make a lasting difference.

We support the community in many ways…

Heads Together

We are proud to work with our Charity partner, Heads Together, a national mental health initiative of The Royal Foundation, aiming to change the national conversation on mental health, and ensure that those looking for help are able to access it when they need it most.

Since the beginning of our partnership with Heads Together, we’ve helped the wider Elior group raise over £80,000.

Our teams share our commitment to making a real difference to our local community. Each member of the Lexington team is given two paid volunteering days throughout the year to dedicate to good causes. They actively seek out opportunities to make a difference through volunteering, sharing their skills or fundraising.

We work with the team to support a variety of charities. These include children’s charity, Dreams Come True, and Refettorio Felix, at St. Cuthbert’s Centre – a charity that sustains and supports vulnerable people with positive and warm therapeutic services relieve poverty, hardship, sickness and distress.

Helping young talent into the workplace

Lexington Reception Services (LRS) teamed up with British Land who worked with The Launch Group charity to deliver the Bright Lights Building Services programme – a four-week programme designed to help young unemployed people gain the skills they need to start a new career in building services.

LRS supported the programme by providing real insight into what life would be like working in reception services, mentoring support and work placements so that the young people gained valuable on-the-job experience.

Following the programme LRS recruited one of the graduates into one of its largest and most prestigious client sites.

Helping our clients support their local community

We work closely with our clients to help them support their local community. Our team at Devonshire Square regularly organise events to connect people, raise awareness of important issues and fundraise for various charities.

From 30th November 2019 to 7th January 2020, Devonshire Square hosted its iconic Giving Tree, a unique Christmas tree entirely adorned with red paper hearts on which wishes expressed by homeless people supported by The Connection Charity were carefully transcribed, in order to give them a chance to be read and honoured by visitors. All donated gifts were delivered to The Connection charity via courier over the festive season.

The Giving Tree, created by the Devonshire Square Events Team in December 2015, has helped hundreds of homeless people to receive a thoughtfully made gift for Christmas and has been visited annually by people from all over London.
