Winners Of Lexington’s One Team Star Awards Announced

The winners of Lexington’s One Team Star Awards were announced at the team’s annual leadership conference, on Wednesday 18th January 2017.

The conference brought together over 230 leaders across Lexington and Elior’s City B&I team, where they shared stories about how they have helped clients reduce their impact on the environment, improve CSR initiatives and increase customer satisfaction. The team discussed how they continue to drive innovation and be the very best that they can be.

Ashley Lopez, Chief Executive Officer, at DOCASA – The Department Of Coffee And Social Affairs – gave an inspiring talk about their journey. Ashley talked about how they came to create the first Department of Coffee and Social Affairs in London’s iconic Leather Lane Market in late 2010, how they have grown and aspirations for the future. She said, “Whilst we recognise that a good shop and quality coffee are crucial, the key ingredient to success is our people.”

During the conference Lexington and Elior’s City B&I team took time to recognise individuals for their achievements and hard work. The Lexington Reception Services award went to Hilke Morison.

Hike is currently on maternity leave so was unable to collect the award herself. Jane Streat, Head of Client Services at Lexington Reception Services said, “Hilke thoroughly deserves this award. She has incredibly high standards and always looks for ways to improve, not just herself but those she works with and the services offered.”
